St Vincent Update
by Aubry Tyler SOC Director
I returned to Saint Vincent the second week of June to follow up and meet with the senior pastors of the Evangelical Association. We were there in April and did the ground work to introduce the school to the president of the Evangelical Association. After meeting with Bro. Keneyata Lewis, the venue for a prayer breakfast was set for June 11th in a hotel near Kingstown.
The breakfast was a great success; we had twenty pastors present and a wonderful response. One pastor said they had been praying for a way to bring a Bible school that would train people for ministry. He could not believe how God had answered his prayer with the SOC coming to him in such a way.
I will be returning on the 5th of August to run the first school ever in the Island of Saint Vincent. We have at present 25 senior pastors signed up as the first students in what I believe will prove to be one of the most productive schools yet run in the Caribbean. The possibility of reaching the whole of the Grenadines is within reach with this one school. What an awesome God we serve!
In Christ, Pastor Aubry Tyler
